Tante is a black miniature poodle. As far as she is concerned the world exists purely for her benefit. She plans one day on fulfilling her destiny and taking her rightful place as ruler of this planet. In the mean time “plan B” is to ensure poodles worldwide are planning a combined cue. Recently she has been training and competing in agility, which she really thinks is “the biz”. She now travels the country North & South spreading her chosen word ! Our training guru John Ward has a lot to answer for. He may well rue the day he said “Sure come on out on Saturday”. Tante is gracious enough to share her manor with Mojo a standard poodle of intellect so high it burst out thru the top of his head & kept going !. Do not be fooled by the bright light hovering in the picture it is not a celestial glow just reflection on the glass !!
Tante is in the unenviable position of belonging to a groomer. Free pampering I hear you think ?? Tante does not feel this element of her life is as valuable as you might think. Can be handy when ode de fox poo stands between you and a nite on the sofa but not all it is cracked up to be when you get dragged all the way to Belgium just to have a hair cut !! People stand & watch & take photo’s – oh my goodness the indignity of it all…. What does a girl have to put up with these days !!

"Recently I have had the opportunity to reignite my interest in photography. My wife had recently taken up agility classes and wished for some action pictures of our dog Tante. Up till that point any action pictures taken of her just came out as a black blur. The challenge was laid down to get some good action shots of our dog and this website is the culmination of that simple request. Black Blur Photography was born.
